About Us
Our Business
Perspectives was established by Sue
Green, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, in 1993. We have been
consulting to UK FTSE 100 organisations, and other leading multi
nationals, for over a decade. (Although our total business and
consultancy experience stretches much further back.)
At Perspectives we help clients to get
the thinking and practices about how people are developed and assessed
right. We do this by drawing on psychological insight and our skills as
practising Occupational Psychologists. We operate a networked
organisation, creating the right team for each assignment. Although our
core team comprises only qualified Occupational Psychologists, we also
have the capability to pull other specialist individuals and
organisations into our team.
We abide by the professional code of
conduct laid down by the British Psychological Society (the BPS). Our
credentials can be checked on an individual basis on the BPS's Directory
and Register of qualified Psychologists.
