Individual Assessments

Key appointments are best supported by an in-depth assessment of shortlist candidates' capabilities.  Like assessment centres, individual assessments typically include various types of measures, so as to provide a detailed picture in target areas.  We focus on working with you to generate information in the areas of capability, motivation, and organisational fit.
